This policy explains how HospiTraq handles information when you sign in and when a hospital uses the system.

Information we store

• Account details such as name, email, role, and login activity.
• Hospital records that staff enter, including patients, appointments, prescriptions, lab work, pharmacy, billing, and staff.
• Technical data such as IP address and session cookies used to keep you signed in.

How it is used

Information is used to operate the hospital, authenticate users, keep an audit of sign-ins, and provide the features your role is allowed to use. HospiTraq does not sell patient or account information.

Who can see it

Hospital staff can see records according to their role. A hospital admin manages that hospital’s users. The super admin can create hospitals and their admin accounts and can see platform-level settings. Patient information is not shared with other hospitals.

Retention and security

Records stay in this installation until a hospital admin or super admin deletes them or the installation is removed. Passwords are stored as hashes. Access is limited to signed-in users.

Your requests

To review or correct your account, contact your hospital admin. Requests about a patient’s medical record should go to the hospital that created the record. Privacy questions can also go to contact@iqlexa.com.
