HospiTraq is operated by IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited. Access to hospital records is limited to people who sign in with an account for that hospital.

Accounts and roles

The platform owner creates a hospital and its admin. The hospital admin creates doctors, nurses, reception, pharmacy, laboratory, and accounts users. Each person sees the work their role allows. One hospital’s users do not get another hospital’s records.

Passwords and sessions

Passwords are stored as hashes. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Sign out on a shared computer. Tell your hospital admin if you think someone else has used your account.

Report a concern

Write to contact@iqlexa.com or call +91-9572164322. Include the hospital name and what you observed. Do not send patient records in the first email unless the hospital admin asks for them.
