These terms apply when you sign in to HospiTraq or use it to run a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, or nursing home.

Accounts

The super admin creates each hospital and its admin login. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Tell your hospital admin if you think someone else has used it.

Hospital data

Each hospital owns the patient, staff, and billing records it enters. HospiTraq provides the software. Hospital staff must use the system only for legitimate care, operations, and administration.

Acceptable use

• Do not share logins or try to open another hospital’s records.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading medical content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass the service.

Availability

HospiTraq is provided as a working hospital operations system. Features can change, and access can be suspended if an account is misused or a subscription lapses.
